I started my journey in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2013. I was already teaching a martial art when I came across BJJ. I knew this would be what I wanted to teach and share for the rest of my career. I gave up my rank and started all over. In 2018 I opened 4:13 Jiu Jitsu in a small location. We trained there for three years when I decided it was time to step it up. After receiving my purple belt I decided to move to the larger location we’re located at now. Business took off and I’ve been blessed with some amazing students. Now after being here for two years I’m ready to take it to the next level and become a full time instructor. Teaching Jiu Jitsu has impacted my life in so many ways. And I wanna use it to help others do the same. We’re currently trying to build one of the best kid’s competition teams in the Midwest. Our goal is to build champions but also mold these kids into leaders. I can’t wait to share my journey with more people who are ready to make Jiu Jitsu a part of their lifestyle.
