Our History:
4:13 Jiu Jitsu owner Tristan Tripp started martial arts as a child and began his BJJ journey in 2013. His enthusiasm developed as he watched talented athletes improve and teach Jiu Jitsu. Tristan’s spark to coach others in Jiu Jitsu was lit and he pursued the journey of being an academy owner. 4:13 Jiu Jitsu began over five years ago in a small space in Marion, Illinois but has grown beyond the community’s expectations due to hard work and dedication. Tristan feels incredibly blessed to live out his dreams with 4:13 Jiu Jitsu. As he taught his community core Jiu Jitsu concepts, he learned how to find his voice and confidence.
